(1) The organizational structure of the party and the arrangement regarding officers shall be as mentioned in the statute.
(2) When arranging the organizational structure according to sub-section (1), it shall be done in such a way that at least there is a committee that can exercise executive authority at the local level, state level and central level. Explanation: For the purpose of this sub-section, while arranging the organizational structure of the local level, it can be arranged in such a way that the organizational structure of the district level also remains.
(3) In accordance with the law, during the election, nomination or appointment, the social diversity of Nepal should be reflected in the participation of its members in such committees based on the principle of proportional inclusion.
(4) Arrangements should be made to have at least one-third women members in the committees at all levels of the party.
